Vistor Registration Terms And Conditions 2020

CAVOK SERVICES may send updates about the event on your Mobile/email. We do not spam your inbox with countless emails.
You will receive Registration ID via SMS/Email which you need to produce at the registration counter at event venue
You will need to provide a valid photo id proof at the registration counter.
Entry Free of (INR) Rs. 50/- is collected via online payment mode.
Entry Fee of (INR) Rs. 50/- is separate for each edition. Registration will start for Pune Edition after Nagpur event.
Registration is non - transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Online registration cannot be cancelled after successfully registration.
In case of any issue with payment please reach out to us with your mobile number or email address you have used to register online.
Cavok Services reserves the right to postpone or cancel or transfer or change date, time and the location of the Exhibition, and shall have no claims whatsoever in this regard.
If your company becomes exhibitor, then your visitor registration for that particular show will get automatically cancelled and fees paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
CAVOK SERVICES reserves the right at all times to change the dates of the exhibition due to force majeure, without the participants being able to assess rights to compensation for any loss. A registration cannot be withdrawn or altered unilaterally by the participants.
Any last minutes changes are subject to as decided by organizers
